Buzzing Season at AGAPÉ - Rezi Kardellemaj
Our Agapé teams work very hard to inspire, equip, and share the good news with many people from all walks of life. We are all still celebrating what God has done these last few months, whilst looking ahead at what 2024 has in store for our ministry.
I am very encouraged to share with you a few of the many blessings we have had since autumn and am praying this will inspire us all to keep sharing our life in Christ, with all of our family and friends.
During the autumn, the digital strategies team created and ran a few digital spiritual journeys, taking on board new online mentors with The Mentor Ministry. (see Agapé website) A new series of Bible stories was used to engage our online audiences. One of the most encouraging results of our work was a TikTok campaign that we produced connected to our Toucan Together app. Over the 100 days of the campaign, we had a total of 104,906 views of our videos. This led to growing engagement with our channel, which points people towards our excellent free relationship-strengthening app, and more great content that helps people from any spiritual background experience God’s heart and design for relationships and marriage.
This past year, over 1000 students connected with our teams across the country, and over 10,000 engaged with our resources online. 12 students discovered Jesus while journeying with our staff and student leaders across the country. We continue to invest in students and connect them to local churches, as they grow deeper in their knowledge and love for Jesus, and help others discover Jesus too.
Will you pray for those students that have just started following Jesus and are discovering what it means to be His disciples and help others to discover Jesus too?
500 partners have used our evangelistic and discipleship materials in their ministries, and thousands have heard the good news as a result. Many people have been equipped and inspired to go and share their faith and the hope that they have in Jesus.
I am grateful to God for meeting my financial shortfall last year and raising £5000 in one off gifts, that will sustain my ministry until March.
Please do pray that God will do the same for this year’s shortfall of £7000, so I can continue to serve with Agapé ministry.
A big answer to prayer is for my health. I finally have a date for my spinal surgery for the 3rd of September.
Please do pray that God will give me peace as it is huge surgery, and I am feeling apprehensive about it.
If you would like to support my ministry in much needed prayers and send an encouraging prayer about my surgery, please do send an email to rezarta@agape.org.uk
Thank you for doing ministry together. Your support is vital to all the GPS ministries.
