Simply Sharing Jesus | Witnessing | Jane Butcher

This series will help to dispel some of the myths and unhelpful pictures that are conjured when we hear the word ‘evangelism’ and look at some of the practical ways we can naturally share Jesus with the people around us every day.

Sun 10 Nov | 18:00 | acts 1:1-8

It is very easy to forget or take for granted the things that we do as Church - the rhythms and practices that seem to make St John’s what it is. As we begin this new term, and ready ourselves for a new season of life at St John’s, we will look at why and how we gather, grow, give (financially and with serving) and go in mission as a church. The hope will be that we rediscover a sense of why these things are essential for our overall health - both individually and collectively. Along the way we will explore what it means to be ‘simply church’ - a worshipping, discipling, giving, serving and evangelistic community of faithful Jesus followers, seeking to be good news for Harborne and beyond.
